Price guide:

We are happy to visit your property & assess the area you want to be restored & discuss with you the options and what you would like to have done.

We offer a range of restoration work, including driveway, patio, decking & path cleaning, block paving re sanding, re staining woodwork & gutter inspection & clearance.

 An example of prices to give you an idea of what to expect is set out below (bearing in mind everyones drive & patio is different):

Domestic/ Residential:

 - Drive/ Patio/ Path/ Decking pressure washing - Between £2/ £3 per sqm depending on the construction type & condition.  Minimum charge of £50.
So a standard patio/ decking area would cost around £65 to clean & an average driveway would cost around £75.
On top of the price for cleaning of the area you can have optional extras, such as weedkilling, re sanding, mortar repairs, staining, sealing, oiling.  Additional charges would be applied & we will discuss all options with you.

 

- Gutter inspection - £50.  We use the latest technology camera to inspect your guttering, if they need clearing we will do the inspection for free.
 - Gutter clearance - Between £3/ £4 per metre depending on the condition of the guttering & access.  Minimum charge of £50.
So a standard detached property would cost around £100 to have inspected & cleared.
